Minutes of MADWA Board Meeting
May 26, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. and minutes were approved as written.
REVIEW OF RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING ON MAY 15, 2006 AND REVISION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MADWA
Dick Merrill met with the Board to review and revise the Rules and Regulations of vehicle storage and parking as discussed at the Special Meeting of MADWA on May 15, 2006, and also the restrictions on use of property concerning pets. Enclosed in this packet please find the new inserts to be put into your Homeowners Manual for further reference concerning these items.
The date for this yearŐs Annual Meeting has been set for for 7:00 p.m. on November 30, 2006 at the TPC. The subsequent Annual Meetings will be held on the last Thursday in November unless it is the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see enclosed Ammendment concerning the change of Annual Meeting date.
Orv has received a bid from Concierge for adding additional rock around the foundation of our homes because of normal sinking which has occurred. The Board has tabled that expenditure for now.
The painting of our homes will begin on June 12, 2006. Bob Miller will be the project manager and will call homeowners to schedule the most convenient times for everyone. The hope is that the 2 homes that share a driveway can be done at the same time.
Our neighborhood picnic is scheduled for June 21, 2006 and June 28, 2006 would be an alternative date if the 21st is a rainout. Look for flyers to be delivered to you soon. It will be held at the driveways shared by Aschenbachs and Kunzes (2270 and 2276).
Karen Sturm reported finances are on schedule.
The meeting was adjourned and the next meeting date set for July 20, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Orv BratlandŐs home.
