Minutes ofMADWA Board Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. and minuteswere approved as written.
REVIEW OF RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING ON MAY 15, 2006AND REVISION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MADWA
Dick Merrill met with the Board to review and revise theRules and Regulations of vehicle storage and parking as discussed at theSpecial Meeting of MADWA on May 15, 2006, and also the restrictions on use ofproperty concerning pets. Enclosed in this packet please find the new insertsto be put into your Homeowners Manual for further reference concerning theseitems.
The datefor this yearŐs Annual Meeting has been set for for 7:00 p.m. on November 30,2006 at the TPC. The subsequent Annual Meetings will be held on the lastThursday in November unless it is the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see enclosedAmmendment concerning the change of Annual Meeting date.
Orv hasreceived a bid from Concierge for adding additional rock around the foundationof our homes because of normal sinking which has occurred. The Board has tabledthat expenditure for now.
PAINTINGSCHEDULES
Thepainting of our homes will begin on June 12, 2006. Bob Miller will be theproject manager and will call homeowners to schedule the most convenient timesfor everyone. The hope is that the 2 homes that share a driveway can be done atthe same time.
Ourneighborhood picnic is scheduled for June 21, 2006 and June 28, 2006 wouldbe an alternative date if the 21stis a rainout. Look for flyers to be delivered to you soon. It will be held atthe driveways shared by Aschenbachs and Kunzes (2270 and 2276).
KarenSturm reported finances are on schedule.
The meetingwas adjourned and the next meetingdate set for July 20, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Orv BratlandŐs home.
