MASTERŐS BOARDMEETING

ON

APRIL 24, 2007

AT

RICHARD A.MERRILLŐS HOUSE

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.  The previous Minutes were approved aswritten.

 

TreasurerŐs Report.

 

Karen Sturm reviewed the financial condition of the Associationand we are currently on budget. The reserve account currently stands at $29,500.00 and the checkingaccount at $11,051.00.  OrvBratland reported that the sprinklers will be activated by CarlŐs Sprinkler andthat Aqua Care will do the pre-emergent weed treatment for the pond soon.

 

Stucco Repair.

 

Stucco repair by the report was received by the StuccoRepair Committee headed by Bill Ashenbach.  After reviewing the repair needed, it was determined that avolunteer group headed by Jerry McNevin could accomplish the repairs.  Work on the repairs will start April28, 2007 and should not take long to complete.

 

Shrub and Lawn Damage.

 

There were five responses for repair of damage to sod andbushes caused by Concierge.  Allthe repairs and replacements will be done soon.

 

Landscape Replacement.

 

There have been some requests by owners who wish to replacelandscape shrubs and the following policy was adopted.  If an owner wishes to replace shrubberywith the same shrubbery, no approval is necessary from the Board if the ownerpays for the removal and replacement.

 

If a change in the type of shrub or location of shrubbery orboth is requested, it is desired that a request needs to be submitted to theBoard for approval and will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

Summer Party.

 

Orv Bratland reported that the Reineckes have volunteered tohost the summer picnic and the date has been set for June 21st.  A notice will be sent later.

 

Next Board Meeting.

 

The next Board meeting will be held on June 18that 3:30 p.m. at Orv and Elaine BratlandŐs home.

 

The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
