The Masters (Lehman Lane Townhomes):
The fee is set at each annual meeting. The fee is collected one month in advance.
The preferred method of payment is by automatic deduction from the homeowner’s checking account. Contact the treasurer for more information.
The association’s funds are deposited in the Village Bank in Blaine.

Deacon’s Walk Association (overall association)
The fee for the area association covering all of Deacon’s Walk is set by the Deacon’s Walk Association and is billed to each homeowner semi-annually. Billing is done in June and November.
